A couple of weeks ago, the cashier got my order wrong, but the owner did address the issue when I called to inform him. Today, I ordered the 2 for $7.99 deal, which included 2 pieces of Tilapia and 3 whole chicken wings. Let me tell you, the fish was terrible—absolutely no flavor at all. The wings were tough. When I called to discuss this, someone who claimed to be a manager said that the fish isn’t seasoned—no salt, no pepper. I don’t like Lemon Pepper seasoning either. Who wants to eat bland fish unless they’re diabetic or have high blood pressure? The manager offered to have the cook prepare something else for me, but at this point, I’m done. I can accept one mistake with an order, but when it comes to food I pay for, I expect it to be right.
