Consistently solid. Love the shawarma wraps- better falafel than sultan’s market and falafel and grill. Quick service, clean place.Mo, the owner, is a great guy. Can’t beat this for a regular neighborhood spot. View all feedback.
What Cheryl B doesn't like about Rumi Middle Eastern Grill:
It was not fresh. it is cafeteria deli style. if you want fast food then this would be all that it offers. the falafel was not made to order. i think the balls are pre made. the humans was good, but it's not authentic. I was disappointed. The people were really nice but the food did not appear fresh. It was the worse mediterranean food I have ever had. View all feedback.
Outstanding Middle Eastern food, and the guy who runs the restaurant (I presume the owner) is always friendly and provides great service. This is one of my go-to neighborhood spots anytime I’m looking for a quick, delicious bite!Food: 5/5
Came upon this place in my travels while in Chicago. Met some people outside, realizing the place was not yet open we all went our seperate ways. Ran into everyone again a short time later. Clearly it is a local favorite. Great food. Great neighborhood.Food: 5/5
We took the meat platter which had delicious tender kebabs, great chicken Shawarma. The meat shawarma was slightly overcooked . Hummus was excellent . The place was clean and service was quick. Would go again .Food: 5/5
This was $17. Quality and Quantity is not aligning with price. go anywhere else in the area.Food: 2/5
That’s some good shawarma! Beef, pickles, onion, lettuce, sauce…all great together in a nicely toasted wrap, and I don’t even like pickles most of the time!
