Parachute - Chicago
Parachute
Description
Parachute, a highly anticipated restaurant in Chicago, received a mix of reviews from customers. While some found the food and service to be excellent with reasonable prices, others were disappointed by the quality and high cost of their meals. Some diners were impressed by the traditional Korean options and attentive staff, while others encountered issues such as finding a human hair in their food without receiving proper acknowledgment or compensation. Despite these mixed reviews, many praised the cozy environment, thoughtful cocktails, and delicious dishes offered at Parachute. Ultimately, the restaurant seems to offer a unique dining experience with a varied menu, but may need to address consistency and customer service to fully meet expectations.

I came for a weekday dinner with a friend and they made it feel like a special event! -It's a welcoming storefront atmosphere that they've elevated with
I called in for a reservation on a whim on a Friday night and was fortunate enough to snag a same day reservation for 7:30pm.
Glad they brought back the delicious bing bread for closing night. Chef Kim embodies hospitality.
