Contribute FeedbackThis local Mexican restaurant offers a mix of opinions, with some finding the dishes bland and prices high, while others rave about the delicious food and reasonable prices. The service seems to be hit or miss, with some experiencing forgetful waitstaff and others receiving attentive and friendly service. The catering services receive high praise, with highlights being the quesadillas, fajitas, pico de gallo, and habanero salsa. Additionally, the restaurant's chips and salsa are hailed as the best in Chicago. Overall, the restaurant seems to be a good choice for those in the neighborhood, but may not be worth a trip from outside the area.
Great suppe, large portions. byob. guacamole is a bit creamy (I prefer pieces.) chips are great.
Had a great late breakfast/early lunch on the way through Chicago! Would definitely return, great food!
This is a good local, business Mexican restaurant. Dishes are getting more bland... You need to ask if you want to spicier. Prices seemed high for this type of restaurant (also with a 20% discount). If you are in the neighborhood, it is a good choice but not worth a trip from outside the neighborhood.
A quick dinner here before a show at the Athenaeum Theatre. The food was tasty, freshly prepared and the service was friendly and accommodating from the staggered arrival of the members of our group. I would often go here if I lived in the neighborhood.
Great food and great service for relaxed BYOB experience. The place is very causal, but if you are looking for great Mexican to enjoy with friends without the crazy hectic of other Lakeview BYOB spots, that is it.
