I ordered the grilled teriyaki chicken, but I don't think it was actually chicken. It was very fatty and not appetizing at all. It seemed like processed meat with a lot of fat on top. I remember when Panda Express used to use real chicken. The chicken egg roll was also disappointing. However, the service was good and the staff was friendly. I feel sorry because this is exactly why restaurant chains go out of business. It's all about quality over quantity.
The rice was undercooked and my plate was not filled. The chicken was chewy. Adding to my disappointment, they were using the same large pans used for cooking to hold hot water and a mop for cleaning the walls and grill. I became ill after eating here, and after speaking with others, I learned they had similar experiences of getting sick after eating here. I recommend going to Clybourn instead.
The restaurant appears to be understaffed. There were not enough employees to handle the large number of customers, causing wait times of over 30 minutes even during what is typically a slow period for fast food places. We should have left and gone to a sit-down restaurant instead. I will not be returning to this location.
Worst customer service ever. I ordered a teriyaki chicken from there third time off uber eats. They never gave me the teriyaki sauce with it. I called today to make sure they do and been told they will for sure. Of course food comes and no sauce again! Its likerally in the name! It has no taste without the sauce
First off, I want to start by saying I don 't like leaving reviews, much less negative reviews for a place. Look at my profile. I 'm no Karen. I can kindly and non-condescendingly resolve an issue with a business through their owners/employees and go onabout my day. HOWEVER, this Panda Express location continues to disappoint me and I think I 'm going to stop going here. My firstvisit was some 2 weeks after they opened, excited to have a Panda Express 5 minutes from my home. They gave my food to the guyin front of me who left, unknowingly taking my order with him and they were going to give me someone else 's food. I leftempty-handed before paying. There have been several other mistakes since that first visit: not giving me a menu item I ordered, giving me twice an item that I ordered and forgetting another, or overcharging me. Today was the last straw. I ordered 1/2fried rice, 1/2 white and they gave me noodles instead of fried rice. How can ONE location make so many mistakes? They need toget their act together. Don 't go here if you 're on a short lunch break like I just was. They always seem to be out of beef &broccoli and I always end up waiting. Sure, I could order something else, but that 's what I go there for. Just overalldisappointed with this location. I think I 'll just stick to the Addison/Sacramento or Rosemont locations going forward. Theyhave their act together over there, not a single error on my order has ever been made.
