Had a very mixed experience visiting here for dinner, maybe it was an off nightFood was really excellent and the service staff were really kind, but there was a... read more Had a very mixed experience visiting here for dinner, maybe it was an off nightFood was really excellent and the service staff were really kind, but there was a lack of organization that made for a frustrating experience.There were at least 6 waitstaff working and it was never clear who should be doing what.For four people with 5 rolls ordered the timing for things coming out left a lot to be desired. It was a 2.5 hour meal with sushi coming out in waves every 10 or 15 min. We ordered edamame and miso with the meal and rather than coming out first we had: sushi, edamame, the rest of our sushi rolls and finished with miso? Miso is not a desert.There was also confusion on what sushi we had and had to figure out with them what sushi we had already been served because three different people were bringing stuff out to them.For the size of the restaurant it feels like they would be better served reducing staff and having a manager/host as a permanent position.They also dimmed the lights as it became dark out which was a bit straining.
