I really enjoy this place! It's a cozy little bar located at the back of L&E, offering a simplified menu along with donuts and snacks on the weekends. The bartenders are relaxed, the vibe is casual (though a bit hipster), and the drinks are cold and delicious. Everything about it is great! View all feedback.
What Daniel H dislikes about Off Site:
I really enjoy the atmosphere and the cocktails at this place; it seems to have everything going for it. My only concern is that it feels like everyone is pretending not to notice the occasional smell of sewage—what's that about? That said, L&E is fantastic, and the additional space is great if you're waiting for a table or just want a drink. I do wish the bar were a bit bigger and that there was an extra bartender o... We went to a restaurant with a Thanksgiving prix fixe menu. The food was tasty, but a bit too expensive. The standout dish was the green bean casserole, which was delicious, but overall I would only give the meal 4 stars. The pumpkin mousse pie for dessert was disappointing as it wasn't really mousse-like. The turkey was juicy, the stuffing was flavorful, and the mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce were also enjoyable.

I do wish the bar were a bit bigger and that there was an extra bartender on hand, as it takes a while to get a drink. I understand that quality takes time, but they don't seem well-equipped to handle a busy crowd back here.
I wanted to provide an update after reading the first (and only) review — they do serve food here now! The menu features a selection of small bites inspired by the offerings at Longman Eagle. As for the drinks, the selection is limited compared to what you’ll find in the main area, and they also don't offer specific whiskey flights. Our group was larger and couldn't get a table at LE, but we managed to secure 4 of the 6 tables available here. The space is quite quiet since it's separate from the restaurant and is cozy in size. It’s a charming little garage area that felt very warm and inviting on a chilly January night.
Always a great spot for a drink, or a small dish especially during the summertime.
Went to Longman and Eagle last night. It was very crowded (of course) and the hostess invited us to try the new Off Site Bar. The space was TINY. I think 6 tables in a row. You need to go up to the bar to order drinks, get water, etc. People also needed to clear off the drinks of the people who sat before them. Because of the close quarters and DIY nature of the place, everyone in the place was very friendly to each other and striking up conversations with the next table. We tried 3 of the 4 cocktails on the menu and all were good. I loved getting a seat at L&E on a Friday night at 9, but do have a few objections. To access the bathroom, you have to run outside all the way to the front entrance and then navigate through the entire place. Apparently, when the weather is nicer, they will open the back door to make this easier. Still, not fun in 20 degree weather. Also, they offered no food options. It would be nice if they offered a few simple snacks at least. All in all, a cool experience.
