As usual, Morty's does not disappoint! The sandwich was delicious and was so big it had to be eaten in several meals. The Cole slaw was fresh and crisp. If you have to be in the hospital, at least you are close enough to order from Morty's! View all feedback.
What K D dislikes about Morry's Deli:
I am completely disappointed in the last meal I received from this deli. Just paid almost $14.00 for a sandwich. There portion sizes have gone down and their prices have increased; meat used to fall out of the sandwich, now it barely covers the bread...never again View all feedback.
Finally made it to Morry's, which is literally a block from our apartmentI was expecting pretty mediocre food but was pleasantly surprised.
Food and service is so-so We had ordered for 12 people in dining and asked to use the restroom.
There has been considerable change going on in the Hyde Park neighborhoodI'm thankful that this deli remains.
Morry’s has been one of my favorite Hyde Park spots since I was a kid. You can never go wrong with a Morry’s rueben, hot corned beef, Chicago dog, or a dipped Italian beef with hot giardiniera.
They make a kick hot pastrami.
