Taylor is incredibly talented and very friendly; she's practically reconstructing a pair of leather pants for me with her impressive skills. I highly recommend her!

One of the best perks was... read more I had a fantastic experience at One East Delaware! The door staff were incredibly friendly, and the management team was very helpful. One of the best perks was having a grocery store accessible without having to go outside during the winter, along with a Starbucks right in the building. Additionally, the Fetch service for package delivery was extremely convenient. It was wonderful to arrange my packages and have them delivered right to my door at my convenience.
