What Zach Nelson dislikes about Mon Lung:
The pepper garlic chicken dish should honestly be called onion soup, because there are only about five small pieces of chicken in the whole large meal that costs $14. View all feedback.

Couple of things 1. when you order , you can do it through the phone or online through their website if on the phone cash is the protocol but if online card is accepted , no rudeness just business wise 2. the staff very friendly they treat you as acustomer not as another sale 3. dishes have good taste it depends on what your choice is for that day 5. I enjoyed mine ,I’ll be back again to get another dish

I can only say that this restaurant is outstanding. I’m quite particular about my dining choices, yet I’ve found myself coming here once or even twice a week for the last three months! The venue is immaculate, the food is superb, and the customer service is exceptional. I truly appreciate all that you do. Thank you, CASH!

The food at Mon Lung is excellent and has become a regular part of our meals at home. You can't go wrong with the potstickers—they're a must-have with any dish you select!
I came across a viral TikTok video recommending that you seek out Chinese restaurants with a 3.5-star rating for the most authentic experience. I'm not willing to take any chances...

Just what I needed: some warm tasty Chinese food and a cold Coke in a jiff. Food was pretty good, a little salty for my taste but most importantly, didn't taste like metal or freezer like you get in a lot of other take-out spots. Portion was pretty dang small compared to what you get elsewhere for the same amount (Their large is everyone els'es small).... but it hit the spot. Seemed pretty busy for a Tuesday.
I absolutely adore this place! I've been aware of it for several years, and I can genuinely say it's the best Chinese food I've ever experienced. It's not your average Chinese restaurant you find on the street corner or in a shopping mall. The egg rolls are made fresh with real attention to detail.
I've been coming to this place since I was a kid, and the food is consistently fresh, delicious, and worth every cent! The portions are generous considering the price. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I would give the authentic food a perfect 10/10!

They have the best combination fried rice. I always order it spicy, and it’s absolutely delicious!
Great Chinese food! The sesame chicken is outstanding, and their fried rice and egg drop soup are also delicious. This is my favorite spot for Chinese cuisine in the area. The service is attentive and friendly. There's usually a sports game playing on the TV, often tennis (go Fed!).

Currently, the restaurant offers only takeout (ordering inside and waiting for your meal), pickup (ordering by phone or online and collecting your food), and delivery (ordering by phone or online for home delivery). Given the current situation, I understand their approach. There is a plexiglass shield in place for those choosing takeout or pickup. The staff was friendly, though I can’t say they were particularly helpful since I already knew what I wanted and was aware they had it. However, I’m confident they would assist anyone needing help or more information. I ordered my go-to dish when trying a new Chinese restaurant: Beef Chop Suey and a couple of egg rolls. This dish is special to me as it was the first real Chinese meal I purchased with my own money about 26 years ago, and I have nostalgic memories of it—though I suspect some of that nostalgia comes from the high MSG levels used back then. Over the years, I've grown to appreciate the different ingredient combinations that can go into chop suey, recognizing that each restaurant has its own recipe. The chop suey I received was packed with bean sprouts, mushrooms, a bit of cabbage, celery, and bamboo shoots, along with plenty of beef in a light, savory sauce. I would suggest adding something crunchy, like water chestnuts, but that's just a minor point. There was enough beef to justify the price, and the dish was flavorful and cooked perfectly. I'd rate it between 7.5 and 8, partly influenced by my fond memories of that first chop suey experience. The egg rolls were decent but could use some improvement in my opinion. Overall, I found my meal enjoyable and satisfying, and I'm definitely planning to return to the restaurant soon.
Here are a few points to keep in mind: 1. You can place your order either by phone or online through their website. If you choose to call, you'll need to pay with cash, whereas online orders can be paid for with a credit card. This isn't a matter of rudeness but rather how they manage their transactions. 2. The staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel valued as a customer rather than just another sale. 3. The dishes are packed with flavor, though your overall experience may vary depending on your selection of the day. All in all, I had a great meal and will definitely return to sample another dish!
