Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant Millie's seems to have a mixed reputation among its patrons. While some have had disappointing experiences with slow service, cold food, limited vegetarian options, and inconsistent waitstaff, others have praised the ambiance, generous portions, and tasty food at this Wisconsin supper club-themed establishment. The cozy atmosphere, festive decorations, and classic dishes like prime rib and grasshoppers have won over some diners. While some believe Millie's needs to work on improving service and expanding their menu, others appreciate the authenticity of the supper club experience. Ultimately, whether you leave Millie's wanting to give everyone a hug or feeling like they're running out of chances, it seems to be a place worth trying at least once.
Right now there is a hard six person limit on tables. The fish fry had good fries and fish. The drunks were great. I recommend a grasshopper drink for dessert.
Servers were very friendly, but fish was very greasy and somewhat “mushy.”
The restaurant was cozy. We had the Millie prime rib and fried chicken. Delicious ... as was the Manhattan! I would go back
The food at the restaurant was fantastic, but the service left something to be desired. It was a Friday night fish fry and there was only one waitress for the entire back room, which was a bit overwhelming. She seemed to be frustrated with her coworkers getting in her way and was overly aggressive when clearing plates while we were still packing up our leftovers. The rest of the staff could use some training, as there were multiple instances of dishes and cutlery falling to the floor, and even a spill of drinks on a customer and her food. Despite this, the fish fry was done perfectly and the cheese curds were excellent. We also enjoyed the Wisconsin beers on tap and traditional supper club drinks. If they can improve the service, we'd be happy to return, but otherwise we may have to look elsewhere for our next meal.
Though I appreciated the theme and decor, I found the menu limited in choices. (This experience was pre-Covid.
