They had 2 employees on duty at lunchtime my goodness both of the employees were kind . But it did take some time to get the food. A420 call ahead . And I didn't feel like I was gonna get shot like I do when I go to popeye's. Which is pretty important! View all feedback.

Often times KFCs can be disappointing, but I had a great experience at this particular location today. Keep up the good work and thank you for being so kind and polite to me.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 3-piece chicken meal. When I got home and started eating, I noticed that the chicken seemed like it had been reheated and served, rather than freshly cooked. I was very disappointed with the quality of the reheated chicken. I will not be returning to that KFC in the future.
This restaurant uses DoorDash for delivery services, but the restaurant processes the payments directly. Unfortunately, DoorDash delivered the wrong order (I received a bacon cheeseburger instead). I contacted both the driver and the restaurant, but was unable to resolve the issue. I reached out to customer support to file a report. After waiting two days, they requested more information. Two days later, I was refunded $10 for the over $30 order that I never received.
The manager took my order, super sweet and friendly. First time coming here and it won't be my last. Definitely impressed with my visit.
I really want to eat KFC but I can’t because the chicken is not zabiha halal for Muslim . I want to request kfc restaurant in Chicago IL if you guys can make zabiha halal for muslim . It will be very grateful. Many Muslims people are really hoping for kfc to become zabiha halal in Chicago Illinois.

Honestly, great kfc spot, been coming here many times and never had any issues, fast food, always warm, and an amazing chicken sandwhich
This KFC on the north side is one of the best around. The service is always friendly, whether it's day or night.
I received excellent service from Eduardo. He was always polite, ensuring that my order was accurate and fresh.

Missing food items. Went back to pick up missing items and still missing items. Store didn’t seem to care at all
