I was doubting to make a review on 3/7/24 but I believe that this KFC is better then ever..The customer service was so great theFirst time I came for there gran... read more I was doubting to make a review on 3/7/24 but I believe that this KFC is better then ever..The customer service was so great theFirst time I came for there grand opening.So far that I came in there was a manger wearing a black and white stripe shirt names Sabrina. She was very polite and professional even though she was struggling that’s night with a bunch of orders she came up to me and talk to me and explain that everyone is still new and working on how to be better and more efficient with completing, orders and she did warning everyone saying that it was going to be a long waiting on chicken and I totally understand because the drive thru was extremely pack and busy as well as inside of the store.My only concern was one of the female with red hair that night was extremely loud and making rude nauseous comments about costumers weight and everyone heard that night and wanted to speak with manger that night and that was Sabrina.I seen that Sabrina was struggling to have the girls complete orders correctly that night and asked for Sabrina name and the other girls names also I was told it was Gisele and Natalie.So far as that night goes Sabrina and the girl in brown hairs where very polite and explain the situation and noticed a lot of people that night was extremely upset with Sabrina and also yelling at her and the other female that had brown hair. As a customer my food took long but also came up correctly made and they throw in extra sides and I appreciate for that and extra chicken as well. I’m just very surprised that this KFC turned around because before then there where very rude and didn’t care and didn’t comply before.Love this KFC now and doing better

Regarding wheelchair accessibility, the tables accommodate wheelchairs, and there is a low ramp, but it's still somewhat challenging for anyone with mobility issues.
