Noticing that I walked w... read more I hadn't visited KFC in a couple of years, but I went last week, and I'm glad I did. The young man who served me was incredibly polite. Noticing that I walked with a cane, he kindly opened the door for me. In today's world, it often feels like chivalry is hard to come by, so his gesture truly brightened my day. I believe his name was Tim or Jim. I had just come from the hospital where my husband was staying, so I was feeling a bit down, and his kindness lifted my spirits. Because of the wonderful service I received from that young man, I will definitely be returning to KFC more often. Thank you for having such a courteous person on your team!
