Then, from the b... read more As I approached the counter, the cashier asked if I was trying to order chicken. Confused, I replied that I would indeed like to order chicken. Then, from the back, the manager shouted that it would be an 18-20 minute wait. Since I wasn't in a hurry, I decided to wait. The cashier kindly offered me a free large soda as compensation for the wait. However, what frustrated me was that after the 20 minutes had passed, I continued to wait while customers who had ordered after me received their food before I did. I was left puzzled about what was happening. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of urgency from the staff to complete my order. Although I appreciated the gesture of the free soda, the overall service was disappointing. The establishment's image needs improvement, and employees should receive better training for working in a customer service environment. Given my experience, I doubt I'll return to this location.
