They h... read more Came here with a group of 8 friends before a concert. Kaiser Tiger offers a free shuttle to the United Center for games concerts, so that was convenient. They have a good selection of beers, wine, and cocktails. Sadly, the food took an hour to arrive. Our large soft pretzel arrived rock hard. Due to the long wait for our dinner, we were late to the concert. We ordered salads, bacon-wrapped dates, fries, wraps, and sandwiches, which were all fine. I suggest either arriving very early or just coming for drinks.

We moved but th... read more We made reservations got seated then about 30 mins into our dinner we were asked to move our table so that they could accommodate another party. We moved but then our service went down hill. We had to get up and ask for condiments once our food arrive. We ordered a drink and 25 mins went by, finally my husband got up and found our waiter and the waiter said he put the drink order in but guessed he'd have to go make it if we wanted it. WHAT?!? Needless to say we just asked for our check and left. Horrible experience.

I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Pat and manager Janette is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Amazing pub food. Must come back. 10/10.
