Juniper Spirits Oysters - Chicago

While staying at the Claridge House Hotel, we dined at Juniper Spirits Oysters. Milo was our bartender and server, he made one of the tastiest Old Fashion drinks I've ever had. His great smile, warm personality and knowledge of the menu only further enhanced our dining experience. Dinner was a delightful treat for the eyes as well as the palette. The Frito Misto plate was lightly fried, fresh seafood and vegetables. Perfect size for sharing.

Really great oysters, ESPECIALLY for happy hour, but even if they weren’t during happy hour amaaazing. Gin on tap was another serendipitous treat. Dare you to order more than one you think they can pour. ;

Decent drinks and a limited menu. Carlos the bartender was great. Great place to grab a quick drink

Came in for Happy Hour with friends. Enjoyed regular and sauced oysters, house fries, BLT sliders, and several half carafes of a delicious Sauvignon Blanc. Nicely tucked away within the hotel lobby. Our server, Terrence, was fantastic and very attentive.

What can you truly say about a cozy place that has great oyster, and an even better oyster fusion idea. Fusion you say! Yessir! Oysters infused with your favorite libations, I honestly wish I had thought of it.
