Joe Willies Seafood Westtown - Chicago

The first time I tried this place I was instantly hooked. The food was so flavorful and amazing, then I ordered again through DoorDash and they ran out of the crawfish I usually order. Instead of them updating on DoorDash that the crawfish was out of stock, they continued to allow people to order it and take their money. Door dash was refusing to give me my money back for food that wasn’t in stock. How is that my fault. Then when you call this restaurant they never answer the phone. You go up there to talk to the cashier and he has an attitude like a female with no respect or care for the situation at all. Long story short this restaurant is unprofessional and it saddens me because it’s my own people of color. I just had to be honest about this situation.Parking: Wouldn’t recommend parking in the lot because the area has random shootings all the time.

I'm so mad got my stomach hurting and I drove 30 min to get these neck bones and it's hair in it I keep calling but I'm on my way I'm never about go like this they never pick up

They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE you can’t place online orders! Neighborhood to dangerous to be walking in waiting for food !

The seafood boils normal are great but the pass 2 times have been horrible. 7/25/2023 I ordered seafood boil with lobster tail which was well over cooked that it was in crumbled pieces , the shrimp was well over cooked and taste like rubber that the shell was stuck on it .. the sauce was extra watery and the potatoes was bigger than Mr potato head .. very disappointed

It's ok service is swift but no bread utensils or napkins given with taken out. Way to many people hanging around out side a little scary unless that's the type of crowd you like.
