I give this place five stars because the quality of cookies is quite awesome. the price point is not bad for what they work in people there are kind. a great little place to stop before they go to my favorite coffee shop and bring them a little tasty with me. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Insomnia Cookies:
ordering of doordash or ubereats cannot remember which. insomnia called us to say they were from the ice that we order and asked for a replacement taste. we are also sent the wrong size. they sent a smaller size and the ice was ok. the cookies were average size not a decent size for the price. the cookies were not spectacular and I will not try again. Great name for a place that stays open later than most places like it’s kind. Many different cookie and ice cream choices. You can even make an ide cream sandwich with cookies of your choose or choose frosting between your two favorite cookies. Everything looked delicious which made my decision so hard. Cookies are baked fresh. Makes a great late night snack stop!
A little pricey and portions are huge. Super delicious and good variety. Obviously the late hours are a huge benefit and usually the only time I visit this place.. Great location in the middle of fun Lincoln park bars. Delicious cookies and cookie sundaes
I gave this restaurant 2 stars because the cookies are really good. However, the app functionality is poor and does not allow customers to track their order status. Deliveries are often marked as "supplied" prematurely, causing confusion for customers. Drivers do not always communicate when they have arrived, leaving customers unsure if their order has been delivered. The automated text updates are unreliable, leading to frustration when trying to confirm the status of an order. Customer service is also rude and unhelpful, making this a disappointing experience. I will be avoiding this Insomnia Cookies location in the future.
The restaurant smelled amazing, but upon entering, we found that they only had a limited selection of items available. I ordered the 12 mini-cookies, which were given to me in a small torn bag. The service offered at the register by the gentleman was not very friendly.
I discovered this restaurant a few years ago when I was craving warm, soft cookies. I absolutely love them!
