Feedback
The decorations were nice. The food is good, but they're not flexible on a lot of items, for ex, you can only have hot chocolate one way with their various boozes, not just hot chocolate. They don't have tea or coffee at all. And the service is spotty and they get your food order wrong, requiring you to send back items or wait for condiments etc. The servers are nice, just clueless.
First time here. My date took me here for my birthday. Drinks and food were good on my end.My date however, food was salty. Both the appetizer and entrée. He did not eat it ,as it was not appetizing. The manager was nice enough to take it off the bill. Overall the wait staff, manager had excellent customer service and the ambiance was great. I would give it a 5 star for customer service and ambiance. I only gave it 3 1/2 because my date didn't have a good experience with the food. Other than that I would recommend this place as a good wind down the workday or week place
