The rib tips were a hit, praised for their seasoning and tenderness, although portions were noted to be on the smaller side. Service varied, with some diners mentioning long wait times and issues with reservations, while others praised the attentive and friendly staff. The atmosphere was consistently highlighted as a positive, with live music, a welcoming staff, and a cool vibe. Overall, the restaurant seems to be a popular spot for good food, drinks, and entertainment in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood.
This is the perfect place for dinner at a show in Thalia Hall. Our group grew from 6 to 12 and they could accommodate us. The food was really delicious and the waiter staff was very friendly.
Good ribs and beautiful atmosphere! I took my time here.
Just not a good experience over all, the reason why we were unhappy were a few things. 1. We made a reservation for 8 and got a table for 6, so 2 our friends had to leave. The bigger table (for 8 10 ppl) was giving to a couple. 2. We were there for like 2 hours and only interacted with the waitress like 5 6 times. 3. We seated with dirty plates and empty drinks for a while, I mean a while. The food runner was more attentive than other staff. 4. Bottom line, go for the music and the candied bacon, Diet Coke also was great.
I ordered the brisket and it was all fat no meat. The food tasted like cafeteria food not good at all.
Really Bad Service had to sit down. I got water, then we waited for 20 minutes. Must go to order the server itself drinks that were at least 15 minutes and the restaurant was quite empty.
