I just had a fantastic Tuna Salad Sandwich at this restaurant, and I’ll be returning on Tuesday (St. Patrick's Day) for some corned beef. Thank you!
There is a "Space for Lease" sign in the window of the store. When I called the business number, I was informed that they had to close the location due to COVID. They plan to reopen for catering and corned beef once it's permitted, but they don't intend to continue operating the deli. It's a shame to see them go.
Its a staple of the North Side Irish. Has a few table. most of their business is take out and catering small to very large groups. I have never had a bad sandwich from them. Served hot with rye brad (other bread available) pickle and a special in house horse radish. Look up the rest of the menu, they do have other items. Free parking too!
The food was great and the staff were really nice!
Best corned beef and cabbage in the world short of Ireland.
