Majority of the people working here don't even greet you when you walking through the door...They literally just look at you..They have attitudes and barely wanna speak to you...it's always a extremely long wait too just for the food to taste like the grease oldFood: 2/5

OMG FOR MY FIRST TIME TRYING THIS HAROLDS AFTER DRIVING BY MANY MANY TIMES… I WONT GO BACK! I LIKE CRISPY CHICKEN!!! I WENT BACK IN TO ASK IF THEY COULD FRY IT HARDER, DUDE SAID IT CAME RIGHT OUT THE GREASE AND MY OTHER OPTION WAS TO GET MY MONEY BACK… I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK!!!Food: 1/5

I gave two stars because the food is good , that’s not the problem. However , the cashier the the cook are rude. She couldn’t really hear me because she had her AirPods in, she acted like she had an attitude when I ordered my food. I asked how long she asked the cook the cook said “10 minutes other people ordered food too”. I don’t like the treatment I got today. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it .. I come in this Harold’s all the time never got the treatment I got today. they phone always off the hook!

Besides making me wait for 2 drinks for over 10 minutes. The drinks were warm and small not worth the $9 I paid for them.Food: 1/5

Personally this is my favorite location. My food is always fresh, hot and delicious Consistent.
