The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a special occasion or a casual meal. The service is top-notch, with attentive servers like Charles who make the dining experience unforgettable. While some guests have experienced issues with the wine list and sushi preparation, overall, Hachi's Kitchen comes highly recommended for those looking for delicious Japanese cuisine in a relaxed setting.
They made the sushi wrong but insisted it was right and then after eating it I sent it back and they finally admitted it was made wrong. The atmosphere also was loud elevator music. And no one else was there. I wouldn't go back
Phenomenal service and exceptional sushi!!!! A must!!
We sat outside in their cafe area and enjoyed great sushi and the seaweed salad was amazing.
Only one waitress. Nobody at front to greet us for about 7 mins. It was a special occasion and sparking wine we ordered was not available so we tried to order another and were told they didn't have any that were on the list. The wine menu was poor. Even if you keep a small wine list there are many good wines that retail for $10-$15 which would put you at bottle prices of $35- $50 so nothing too pricey. We usually do take out and will continue to but will probably never eat in again.
Been here many times. Always some of the best freshest sushi/sashimi in the city. Also have great creative rolls and noodel dishes. I go there whenever I have a sushi craving which is often.
