We began our evening at the bar with a delicious Leather Jacket cocktail, and because it looked so appealing, we decided to go for the tasting menu. I appreciate that we weren't required to choose the tasting menu, as that choice is always a plus. The trout crudo, sturgeon, duck, foie gras (supplement), and wagyu (supplement) were all outstanding. My only complaint would be about the wine selection. While I love that there are many reasonably priced options, I wish the selection wasn't limited to just US wines.

Our server was very knowledgeable and assisted us in navigating the extensive cocktail and wine menu.

The server was friendly and knowledgeable, and we tried all of his recommendations—our drinks were excellent! We will definitely be returning!
