Went here to buy takeout for my friends birthday And luckily it wasn't far from her house cause they got the order half wrong the first time. I called and they said to come in and grab the rest of it but then they didn't have anymore fufu by the time I got my order again. I really was disappointed by that at first but the food was amazing. My brother ask me did I want some lamb and I lit up and said yes, did you have to ask! Came in on a Saturday (June 2017) around lunch, spoke with a guy at the counter who was very helpful. He expressed the most popular dish was the soupe kandje, but it wasn't finished being prepared so we came back for an early dinner and ordered two! We dined in, and the food came out quicker than expected. Our server was very friendly and met all our needs. The Soupe Kandje was delicious, a stew with okra, meat, and shrimp. Great portion size especially for the price. I plan to go back and try other items on the menu.

The food was by far the best African Cuisine I have ever had. I loved it. Try the Grilled Lamb. It's outstandingly delicious. The owner is very attentive and personable.
Food is very good, tasty and authentic; reasonably priced, friendly and attentive service! A promising neighborhood restaurant. Definitely going back for the whole fish special.
Great food!!!! I had the Sautéed Shrimp entrée and it was delicious! I also had an order of Fataya for an appetizer. My 8 year old and I shared both the entrée and the appetizer and we were quite full! Food is quite tasty, prices were reasonable and staff was friendly and warm. Awesome spot!
