Despite mixed reviews, my experience at this restaurant was positive overall. The service was good, the food was fresh and made correctly, and the pricing was fair. However, some customers have had issues with missing toppings on their pizzas, overcooked and dry pizzas, and poor customer service. One customer even mentioned not being allowed to dine in due to understaffing. Despite these issues, some patrons have enjoyed their visit and praised the classic deep dish pizza served here. So, if you find yourself near this location, it might be worth giving it a try.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I was fortunate that it wasn't too busy during lunchtime, and I was able to find a good parking spot in the small shared parking lot. I wish I could give a lower rating if possible. I was visiting from California and had never tried Chicago pizza before, so I wanted to give it a shot. The cheese pizza is exceptional... although it takes 30 minutes to be ready, it is definitely worth the wait. We make sure to return every time we are in Chicago.
