Was Brian A. Becker at Frontier a mag?
We’ve been here a couple of times. Both times the food was great. Service was great. We were in early evening so it was quiet and not too busy. Bourbon chicken is great. You’ll want to get a gallon of the sauce to go but you can’t. Lamb burger was also very good. And the fries are tasty too. View all feedback.
What AndrewK dislikes about Frontier:
The service was unfortunately very very poor, yet our 3 person group had a 20% tip added without any opportunity to adjust. The duck was not good burgers were good. View all feedback.

The meal was excellent. a problem has occurred in our drinks. my wife ordered an expensive pouring of bourbon $36) and enjoyed it with our appetizer. she had the half of her glass when our waitress came by and asked if she had another drink before our escaped. she chose another, less expensive bourbon $16.) another waitress delivered the new drink and thereby poured the expensive bourbon into the new glass. we were irritated and told our waitress. they apologised and brought a new drink. If they have an amazing Bourbon offer to load the cost for a bottle for a 2oz meal, the employees must be trained to know not to mix. they should also have known that half a glass of expensive bourbons and a new pouring of the second bourbon are brought along.
We went to the 23rd birthday of my daughter to the border. we had six reservations and when we arrived, the hostess offered us a table that was very quiet right next to the bar and extremely loud or a table on the outside terrace. we picked the terrace. we sat right next to massive windows that were open to the street and for the luck it was 't blowing hot or raining or we would have drowned. the table for six was really petty and so we had to put the cutlery holder on the floor. not super planning. the restaurant is quite small and there were several big parties on this evening and so is a reservation must have. eating lived up to my expectations: unique, tasty and interchangeable. in our table we have tried the lamb burger very tasteful, nashville glaze huh a huge hit with everyone, bison burger not trying to garnel spaghetti my man said it was tasteable, although the part was small and bark ribs huge ribs. we also have the five cheese mac n cheese bubbly hot and very cheesy! as well as several appetizers wrapped with the schishito paprika in speck with coward jam. Our waitress was great to exactly the correct amount, although she was softly spoken and added. at the end of the night we rejected this dessert and she surprised us with three desserts for the table. a order of the Rutabaga bull (not hot enough) and two command the s 'more desert. the s 'more desert was delicious with a buttery graham cracker crust and marshmallows melted up. yum! we would go back to the frontier with friends from the city that is not casual, but expensive. our last bill, plus tipp, for six was $400! (we had three rounds of drinks, but mostly beer and wee) we like the vibe, the food and service fulfills our expectations and we can afford the expensive bill.
Stopped in for brunch on Sunday and had an amazing meal. The wild boar hash was fantastic. The **** mary's were expensive, but tasty.
This was our first visit at frontier and we could not have better experience. absolutely some of the best service ever. nicki was funny, knowledgeable and attentive, without floating. she was a joy and I'll ask her again when I return, what I want to do in any case. interesting selection of game meat. green beans were fabulous and wonderful selection of craft cocktails some of the menu descriptions are creepy. everything in all the best kind of leisure-eating experience could be hoped.

This place was amazing!!!! I’d go back for the Sunday brunch. I really would like to make plans for the alligator meal too!
Great service and even better food— brunch, in particular, stands out with multiple options. Ambiance was beautiful 10/10 recommend
Great vibes, great fresh food. Good customer service. Will come again. The outside dining area is beautiful

The food was some of the best I've had. On the pricey side but great for special occasions.
Had a great feast experience here with 10 others!! Great service and good meat. Also tasty drinks! Loved the sides as well, particularly the roast veggies and mac n cheese.
I experienced the Valentine's Day multi-course meal at the restaurant. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, likely due to being short-staffed. The food was delicious, but it took us 45 minutes to receive our appetizer. The drinks were fantastic, and the bartenders were friendly. The portion sizes were generous. However, we found the reservation process through Tock to be confusing. We had expected a different experience overall. When I made the initial reservation, we purchased cocktail tickets for $20, but I don’t believe those were applied to our final bill. Tock also allowed us to select two main dishes, but…
Outstanding food and service. The flavirs are amazing. Jess is a great waitress. This is a totally great experience.

Dope set-up here and got a chance to try the Wagyu Ribs they were decent wish they had a little more meat on them but still good 7.9. Normally, I don't do sweets but I got their huge chocolate cake. I couldn't finish it at all, had to get it to go. 8.3. Definitely will hit this spot again the menu is very unique with all its different options.
My boyfriend and I have been eager to try this place, we would always pass by and thought the outside patio looked super cool. We went last night and ordered the lamb empanadas, wagyu ribs, burger with fries, and burnt end mac and cheese. The empanadas were very good! However, everything else was extremely salty, to the point where even my boyfriend couldn’t finish his meal because of it. It is a shame because the flavor of the food was really good, it was just WAY too salty to fully enjoy. I had the wagyu ribs which, while slightly less salty, were very chewy and not what I was expecting. Overall, the atmosphere and service were good, but we probably will not be back for food.
Absolutely beautiful. The courtyard is so pretty. The mac and cheese was incredible. I had the beef ribs and they were good but not my favorite ever. Service was good too!Food: 4/5

Food was absolutely phenomenal! Cool atmosphere too. Split the trio of meats. SO good!
Attended a smoke session hosted at Frontier, and while the concept was cool, the execution left much to be desired. The idea of a smoke session intrigued me, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. One major drawback was the temperature of the food – it arrived cold, which was disappointing. The untimely manner in which the items were brought out further impacted the overall enjoyment. The lack of synchronization made it challenging to fully savor each dish. While the idea of a smoke session is innovative, Frontier needs to address the execution to make it a worthwhile and enjoyable experience for patrons.
WOW! I am like absolutely shocked how amazing this place was! First off my family and I loved the decor and its rustic feel. We have never dined here before so we asked our server (noel) on the rundown. First she is super friendly, warm, and treated my son (3yrold) like he was hers. She knew how to treat a toddler and what to order for him and that made our dinner SO much more relaxing. I ordered the steak and my wife the waygu burger and WOW- Its the best one in the city. Noel SOLD us on the aoli that comes with the meal (we are not an aoli couple) but SHEESH it was so good we took one to go! Frontier is a hidden gem and I cant wait to come on a sunday for a NFL Saints game (per a hint from our server and bartender Joel). Love the staff (southern hospitality) and the well flavored hearty foods.
Came here for the gator dinner and it was a 10/10 experience! I’ve never had gator before and we got to try gator loin, gator sausage, and a whole gator! Super tender and not chewy. Cooked very well. And just an overall amazing dinner!
My recent dining experience at this restaurant was an unforgettable journey of flavors. I indulged in a variety of dishes, including their fried chicken sandwich, smoked ribs, mac n cheese, and fries. The highlight, without a doubt, was the fried chicken sandwich – the best I've ever had. Its taste alone justifies a return visit, not to mention the creamy delight of their mac n cheese. This restaurant earns a well-deserved 10/10 from me, and I enthusiastically recommend it to fellow food enthusiasts.
