Service in the main dining room is always great. Upstairs on a Saturday was not up to par. Nonetheless we love going to Franconellos, great food great atmosphere and great value!

Service was great also. It was a Saturday night and the place was almost empty. When we ordered our food the waiter told us that they were out of the New York Strip steak. The prices have gone up since they completed the renovations. Overall a great place for italian food. We were told we had to park in the bank building lot because we did not want to do the valet parking.
