The food was not very good, the side dishes took a long time to come out, the meat options were not always available, and there were some items that we didn't get to try. View all feedback.
Our waiter was consistently absent during our visit. Whenever we needed something, we had to seek him out. We were seated in a back room that felt more like a cafeteria than part of the main restaurant. Unfortunately, being in the back meant that we didn't see our server as often as we would have liked. Additionally, the waiter failed to inform us that all drinks and additional items ordered through tablets were extra charges. This lack of transparency left us feeling uneasy. Overall, our experience left much to be desired.
When everyone speaks wonders of this place, there must be a reason. That, together with the recommendation of my brother, who lives there, made us decide to try it out. And what a success!!! An authentic luxury Brazilian restaurant with amazing meat and salads. The way it works is like this: you have a red coaster on one side and green on the other. Well, as long as you have the green side facing up, their friendly waiters will come over with their delicious pieces of meat to cut and serve you some. If you flip it to red, they will stop coming. For drinks, a good caipirinha and for dessert, a delicious papaya cream. A perfect 10 place!
The reception at the restaurant was lacking. They were unwilling to seat us at a better table, even though one was available. We were not given any explanation as to why we were not able to sit at the table we had requested, despite having made a reservation in advance.

Eating was delish, but server was hardly seen after the first round of drinks
