I was craving a cannoli so much that I finally decided to google where in Chicago to get a good cannoli! Ferrara Bakery popped and I gave a call for a dozen. I was really trusting the reviews. The moment I took a bite, I was dissatisfied greatly! The shell was over cooked and tasted like cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. The cream was okay, but because of the shell it made the taste horrid! I wish I could get my money back. I should have ordered my favorite cannolis from Carlos Bakery and wait for them to be shipped. Those are so much better than what I had today. (Date went: 2/11/2023)
This is one of the finest Italian bakeries in Little Italy, and my family has been coming here for generations.
