I have never experienced such disregard from a worker and every institution in my life. the man on the Dunkin side was great tonight, the person who ran the ice was absolutely not. they are rude, annoyed with our order, and they are more or less balized. rejected a refund when we asked for one because of their attitude. Place was kinda okay, not the cleanest. The service was fine for the drinks, but they forgot to give us our food. Sister had to remind them we're still waiting on our donuts.
Staying at my aunt?s condo unit nearby and this is the nearest dunkin branch. The service is fast but the lady serving the donuts is unprofessional and a bit rude and unhygienic. If you?re in Michigan ave, st clair or ohio street and craving for somedunkin, look elsewhere.
The experience was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. The order processing was chaotic, and I was told to be patient while orders placed after mine were completed. Eventually, I decided I could no longer wait, but the manager didn't even inquire about the issue; instead, they simply handed me my money back and wished me luck.
The service was quite prompt, and the staff was friendly and had a positive vibe. Both drinks met my expectations and were well-prepared.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow, as the staff seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than attending to customers. I waited 30 minutes for my cappuccino, which was just a bland coffee. To top it off, Jovan, who was supposed to be taking care of me, kept referring to himself as Joe. Overall, it was terrible service.
