I returned today, September 13, 2023, and once again, they were unable to take any orders. If they can’t process orders, why are they even open?

I attempted to order my coffee, but the staff ignored me. I then drove up to the window, but I still wasn't assisted. However, I'm disappointed that during my l... read more I really enjoy visiting this location because the service is always excellent and it's conveniently close to my home. However, I'm disappointed that during my last two visits, the man at the window seemed upset or angry. I've also ordered 50 munchkins twice now but only received 40. Out of those 40, ten were so hard and stale that I couldn't eat them. It's quite frustrating; they should just be honest and say if they don't have enough munchkins available.
