I purchased six donuts on September 26th at 5 PM,... read more Avoid buying donuts from this Dunkin' in the afternoon, as they only receive fresh deliveries in the morning. I purchased six donuts on September 26th at 5 PM, and they were immediately thrown away because they were stale. When I called the store to complain about the poor quality and lack of taste, the employee abruptly hung up on me. I called back, and she insisted the donuts were fresh and delivered that morning. When I asked why she had hung up, she responded by asking if I wanted a refund or more donuts. I explained that I didn't want either; I just wanted to let them know the donuts were bad and shouldn't be sold to customers. Since I live nearby, I’ll be sure to tell my friends not to visit this location. My two-year-old grandson even took a small bite, handed the donuts back, and asked for another one, clearly unimpressed.

I recommend sticking to Dunkin' for your donuts in the Loop; this one was truly disappointing. #honesttruth

The service is slow, orders are often incorrect, the dining areas are unclean, and the management seems to be completely out of touch. Additionally, the staff is extremely rude, and I've even witnessed them yelling threats at customers.
