The staff d... read more The drinks are made correctly when I order through the mobile app, but I always have to remind them to add whipped cream, as it often gets left out. The staff doesn't seem to communicate well, which leads to long wait times of 3 to 7 minutes for drinks. I only visit this location because it’s the closest to my office. Management really needs to work on improving the service.

The staff member who took my order was friendly, but I had to wait for 10 minutes, even though I was the only customer there. They didn't begin preparing my drink until I had already been waiting for five minutes. Moreover, my frozen matcha had an unusually white layer on top, which makes me think it either wasn't blended properly or didn’t have enough matcha in it.
