Another one That looked like... read more Went for coffee, when I asked about 2 ice cream flavors, the cashier said one that looked like raspberry chocolate chip was cherry. Another one That looked like Mango, Which I got from this place before, I was told by same guy, was actually Lemon. I?venever seen lemon ice cream before. They were too lazy to put the tabs with the names of the flavors out. I don?t think the firstone was cherry either. The cashier didn?t care about the company he works for, and he had no sense of customer service. When thestaff was mostly Mexican, you got much better service. It?s sad that it has to be like this on the south side. Never again withthis place! And the coffee was nasty!

The coffee... read more This Dunkin' location is the worst I've ever visited. I had to repeat my order four times, and my chicken croissant sandwich was cold in the middle. The coffee was lukewarm, and my large cup wasn't filled adequately. The service was terrible. I recommend that they stop making customers feel like it's a burden to get their orders right and avoid having an attitude when corrections are requested. We pay for service, and that's what we deserve. They shouldn’t even receive one star, but that's the lowest rating available.
