Cookie Spin - Feedback
Reviews
Was Jessie C at Cookie Spin a mag?
I came in late this week looking for ice cream and Cookie Spin did not disappoint. I tried ice cream and a shake and they were phenomenal. One of the flavors I tried was titled something like Fat Elvis and EXACTLY the sort of banana/peanut butter thing I was looking for. I can't speak for the cookies but I'm a big fan of the ice cream. What Madison Miranda dislikes about Cookie Spin:
We didn’t particularly love our cookies. Maybe it was the flavors we had chosen, but it wasn’t anything super great. We had one overloaded with cinnamon (it was nutella flavored) and another that was just very dry. I sadly wouldn’t return, but I did like they warmed the cookies before serving and have gluten free options. Their milkshakes looked pretty good too! Friendly, cute place overall. View all feedback.

I stopped by for some warm chocolate chip cookies after dinner. They serve them skillet-style, which is a nice touch. They also offer ice cream here.
We ordered two shakes and a cookie. Unfortunately, the shakes mostly tasted like milk, and the flavors of nutella and cinnamon were barely noticeable. They were also quite overpriced. The cookie was dry and cold in the center, even after being warmed up. Overall, we wouldn’t return to this place, even if prices were lower. The flavors just weren't present, which was disappointing.
My fiancée claimed it was the best snickerdoodle she has ever tasted in her life. The vegan flavors were delicious as well!
Wonderful cookies!! Warm, moist and delicious. Service was fantastic. Had a lovely experience chatting with Bonita at the register. Will definitely be back!
My dog bullied me this morning and i was feeling kinda down and then I found cookie spin and it really turned my day around. Don’t tell my wife but I’ve been back every day since. Nom nom nom Josh loves cookies.

The sundaes here are incredible! I prioritize a healthy lifestyle, but when I want to indulge, this is exactly what I crave. The combination of a cookie and brownie-like dessert topped with ice cream and candy is just perfect. It definitely deserves some recognition—it's truly impressive! I do wish they would return to serving the ice cream on top of the sundae like they did before the pandemic, but it’s still delicious!
Joe is fantastic! I highly recommend this dessert place. His creativity and vibrant personality really enhance the experience, making the desserts even tastier. He always goes out of his way to celebrate my birthday when I visit, which I truly appreciate. The cookie dough here is my favorite in the city!
I ordered 9 Deep Dish Cookies and Oreo Shakes from this place through UberEats for $25. The cookies are incredibly delicious and soft. The Oreo Shake isn’t overly sweet, but it’s really good. I really appreciate that they wrapped plastic around my cup and straw during the pandemic—such a thoughtful touch! They prepared my order very quickly, even though it was nearly closing time. I definitely recommend this place!
This is my new favorite dessert place! They use Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream (the best and creamiest ice cream in the Midwest) and their shakes are amazing. It's super cute on the inside, and there's a few patio style seats outside.
The cookies are VERY thick and cakey, sometimes almost dry but always delicious. They are extremely filling and decadent but also have a great price for their quality. I get these delivered any time I want to feel fancy at home but don’t want to bake myself!
