The first time there and place is very roomy and sunny. we went by the afternoon. we have tried the fries, samosas, steamed dumplings, fava drilling (dink pea suppe) between us two. Each has ordered pommes so that we knew they must be good. great aromas, sauces and good, simple coffee. not a fan of Chai taste, but I tasted the daughter and it was pretty good. they also make dinner in the back room, which looked beautiful. can not wait to taste more items.
I am addicted to her icy spicy masala chai with soy milk. large vegan options, especially on the back room dinner menu. warm and welcoming atmosphere. beautiful people, smile everywhere.
A fun place that tries to serve Indian style tastefully “chai” snacks and snacks. the taste was close, but not similar to an Indian chai we found it a little sharp for our taste and they also had a spicy masala chai option. the samosas were ok and similar to what they expect at another Indian place in the states. they also had a few options for larger teller, entrées and a large selection of icey and hot coffees. the staff was very friendly and the service was fast.
This Nepalese casual spot is really nice place for some tasty small portions but their chai teas are the star of this place. There is a lot of similarities in flavor from Indian cuisine, so if you are familiar with their spice palate, this is a must try. The staff suggested masala chai tea (iced), which was amazing and stayed true to the traditions of this cuisine. Note that halfway through the drink, give it a good stir so the spices (eg cinnamon) mix with the tea as they tend to settle at t
