Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chicago

I had one of the best Chipotle in a very long time!! The afternoon crew made it possible for making my experience a memorable one!! The ingredients were served at the right quantity and they paid great attention to detail on how I liked my order. The dine-in area was very clean and customer friendly. All in all, a fantastic experience today!! Thank you

Rice was old and hard. Every couple bites I felt like I was gonna break a tooth. Leads me to suspect that they are not storing food correctly and nervous if the other ingredients might be bad…

I mean, it's okay sometimes, but the quesadillas only have cheese in them half the time. Like it's just straight up a tortilla other times, no filling. I've had to take it back multiple times because the staff just does not seem to care about putting literally the one thing that goes inside a quesadilla. Also the guac is obviously old, and I've gotten piece of meat within it sometimes. Generally okay for a student, but definitely not the best thing to get in the loop

HORRIBLE !! worst experience !! The women was so rude to me. Barley filled up the bowl. Gave me a quarter of the scoop and when I asked for the full scoop she gave me 2 PIECES!! It was rude and she gave me sassy and said you can pay for double chicken. It was the worse experience never going again.
