I will no longer be dining at Chipotle. I ordered five dishes, and they barely had any ingredients in them—all the bowls were half empty. I'm not sure what's going on. Previously, it was more affordable, and the bowls used to be much more generously filled. View all feedback.
I usually order from this location and it's been dwindling in performance. I ordered a salad and I found some some foreign objects in it that were not edible at all. On top of that, I didn't really get a salad. I got one layer of spinach on the bottom and random lettuce pieces like 2 to 3. I also ordered guac and instead just got big pieces of avocado and they weren't really mixed. It didn't look like an avocado piece till I tried to stick my fork in and it out came a whole avocado piece. This was not worth my money at all. I barely got what I ordered and then I got the foreign objects that made it so I couldn't even finish my food. Terrible. Very disappointing.
Guy didnt understand my order wanted 3 tacos 2 corn 1 soft shell...ended up with 9 tacos?? $30??? never coming here. learn the menu
It's kind of annoying to place an order online and wait over 40 minutes for it to come up meanwhile people who arrive after me are leaving the store before meIt happens every time with this location too, I don't know why I haven't learned by now. I even tried arriving after the scheduled pickup time to accomodate how slow the staff is and still had to wait an eternity. The staff also likes to ignore you when you ask too so that's an added bonus :
Food is better than the customer service. Every time I go in here it seems like the people working don’t really want to be there, so I’ll probably find a more pleasant chipotle.
We visited this restaurant about five minutes ago, as I am a fan of Chipotle. Unfortunately, the girl who assisted us was extremely disrespectful for no apparent reason. First of all, she assumed that we all wanted the same "three bowls" and began yelling at us. When I noticed they were out of white rice and requested brown rice instead, she went ahead and served white rice anyway. When I tried to clarify my order, she kept interrupting and threw us some strange looks. Additionally, I don't understand why they were closing an hour early. This attitude is unacceptable for customer service. I just wanted to enjoy a bowl, but her rudeness has made me reconsider whether I want to return.
