Fantastic meal, accommodated our changing requirements with ease and was so good one of our party decided to go back the next night. We were in town for an exhibition and will go back again next year when we are back. Chatted with the owner/chef, she was a delight View all feedback.
What Will Kreiger doesn't like about Brindille:
After an hour and a half and still no entree we closed out and left. Drinks and salads were long time coming as well. Bartender spent her time doting on a diner sitting next to which explains why drinks took so long. Bottom line it appeared you needed to have a relationship with restaurant or staff to get acceptable service. Salads and drinks were good when we got them. View all feedback.
Foods were very tasty. Their service and behavior were praiseworthy.Food: 5/5
The atmosphere is chill intimate. The service might be the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the city. The menu is a unique balance of modern classic, and there wasn’t a single course we didn’t enjoy.
Wonderful surprise. service excellent and friendly….chef came out and sat with us for 5 minutes answering each of my wife’s questions on savory ingredients in the soup and main course. Dessert was high point with made to order multi taste delight. Everything was tasty!Went on Thursday night so quiet and comfortable. Will be going many times moreJB
I enjoyed coming to Brindille! The French cuisine is exquisite, second to none for the great City of Chicago. What stood out to me between the service, the ambiance, the food and custom wine list they offered. Brindille brought back romance to the fine dining scene. It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of restaurants that have become too often the same menu of food, but at different locations. It was pleasing to be in a location where it felt romantic to go out and dine. It wasn’t a transactional, it was a relationship, where Michael and his amazing staff, Shane and Tiffany got to know you and brought you in like family. You made long lasting memories. As someone who is used to Chicago dining, this has become my new number 1 recommendation to have an intimate wholesome evening experience. My compliments to Chef Carrie for the delicious artwork of food that came out. It would make Van Gogh scrap “Cypresses” and paint Carries food and call it “Luscious!” Lastly, the Bordeaux was delightful.
Amazing food and incredible service. Perfect for a special night out, but you’ll want to return again and again.
