The service at this restaurant is terrible. There were three workers and one might have been a manager, but none of them acknowledged the customers waiting in line. One customer who was in line behind us waited for at least 10 minutes and asked for service before eventually walking out, with the workers still not acknowledging him. Was waiting to order ice cream for longer than 10 mins when they told me I had to pay for it first, again not knowing what I was going to order. Whole time they were taking order who hadn’t payed yet.
We sat down and a roach was right there.... that should be explanation enough.
Poor customer service. Pretty long line and no one acknowledges the customers in line. Few people walk out and extremely slow
The service at this restaurant is lacking. It is as slow as molasses, with long waiting times and frequent mix-ups with orders. It seems like the staff has never had experience working in the food service industry.
