Description

Azul offers a vibrant rooftop atmosphere perfect for lively celebrations and socializing, highlighted by great music and attentive management. Chef Michael Hernandez impresses with artfully presented seafood dishes like stuffed pineapple with shrimp and fresh clams, earning high praise from food enthusiasts. While cocktails and appetizers receive consistent acclaim, some find the food portion sizes small and the flavors uneven, with occasional service lapses noted. The venue suits those seeking excellent drinks and a dynamic vibe more than a full dining experience. Overall, Azul blends festive energy with standout culinary moments, making it a favored spot for special occasions in Chicago.

This is the place to be for ROOFTOP fun and great music. If you love to dance this is the SPOT! The manager Derek is amazing and attentive! Da Bears!!! The churros are bomb dot com!!! We are from Madison Wisconsin and drove to Chicago just for this experience. I am GRATEFUL! And had an amazing birthday celebration here.

This was my 2nd time there and I will continue coming to this restaurant. Food is so flavorful and fresh. Drinks are so good. The servers are nice and attentive. They brought out a free dessert for my boyfriend's bday. The dj playing mixture of music, good vibes. This place is great for date night, girls night, or celebrating a special occasion.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The menu seemed very promising, but unfortunately, it didn't deliver. We didn't try any drinks, so maybe those are worth a taste. However, the food was rather bland, and sadly, even Taco Bell is better by comparison. It felt like our server was aware that the food wasn't great, as he seemed disinterested in making any recommendations. He also failed to inform us about the spice level of the soup we ordered, which was actually the best dish I had, but my wife couldn't eat it because it was too spicy. Additionally, the music was so loud that it felt like an attempt to distract us from the food; it was not suitable for having a conversation. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Customer service was okay? Considering we were suppose to have 2 tables? I was attending a birthday celebration unaware that we wouldn't be able to order from the main menu. We were told we could order from the main menu at 4pm? We were only able to order from the bar menu? Considering we had been there since 2pm we could have ordered instead waiting 2 hours for nothing. No problem pushing there drinks parking is limited heavy security presence I was going to dinner not a concert. My wife had to open her purse I was patted down at 2pm in the afternoon trying to go dinner. The place was extremely loud somewhat of a day party they seem to cater more to a younger crowd. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+
