Contribute Feedback What Andrew Acevedo doesn't like about Auntie Anne's:
Got up to the counter to order and I was not greeted. The lady behind the counter said “what do you want”. I asked for nugget with salts and cheese. She replied with “I dont have any. I got salted pretzels and plain nuggets” in a very rude tone. She had both her AirPods in so I don’t know if she could hear me. Absolutely rude. We approached the stand literally 5:54 a.m. (6 minutes before the opening time on Auntie Anne 's website) to check the menu. The guy shoo-ed us away saying that I was on their line 20 minutes before they opened. Really???
Delicious pretzels but cashier was rushing and gave me the wrong order :
Pretzel was tasty and fresh of course, lady at the register was very efficient and friendly.
Overpriced, poor quality, curt staff, and then they ask you for a tip too?
This Auntie Anne's is located near Gates C17 and C18 in Concourse C Terminal 1 at O'hare airport. It is open from 6am 8pm daily, serving signature soft pretzels and other pretzel snacks at airport prices and airport quality. Had a cinnamon sugar pretzel $6.50) recently while enduring a long layover at O'hare. Texture was beyond soft, it was mushy and even soggy in parts. As this was a sweet pretzel, it didn't taste that bad even if the texture was a bit odd this time. In the end, just a typical airport food experience, do it if you must, wait until you can eat elsewhere if you can.
