Inside the Renaissance, fast service and all the staff were nice. I had the French toast for breakfast which was pretty good, crispy which I liked. They only serve coffee, but a Starbucks is in the hotel, so if you desire a crafted drink then grab it before you go to breakfast. There’s plenty of Peking but I’m sure depending on how busy the hotel is could be a pain. Open area with natural light and lots of seating. View all feedback.
What Lucio Wunsch doesn't like about Asado Urban Grill at Renaissance Chicago O'Hare Suites:
We had a nice server, but we waited far to long for every single thing. The dinners were room temperature and small portions. Definitely overpriced. Appeared to be very short-staffed. The bar was fun and great service. View all feedback.
Food was over seasoned and a little overpriced, but it was convenient.
The service from our waiter, Moses, and hostess was exceptional. Majority of our group decided to have the buffet. The French toast was amazing. Moses was very accommodating. We recommend this restaurant to others.
The lighting was extremely bright. Really has no ambiance whatsoever.
Quick service and really good food. I only wish that my tacos came with veggies on the side instead of more carbs. For lunch, 3 tacos and a giant side of rice is a bit much but two tacos and a ton of veggies would have been great!
