Adobo Grill
Menu

Overall, the reviews for the restaurant were mixed with some customers being disappointed with the food quality, portion sizes, and service, while others were impressed with the authentic cuisine and friendly staff. Some highlights included fresh guacamole, tasty margaritas, delicious entrees, and accommodating service. However, complaints included small portions, lackluster dishes, slow service, and underseasoned food. The atmosphere was also noted to be loud and cramped by some diners. Although there were some positive aspects, the general consensus seemed to suggest that while the restaurant may be suitable for drinks and appetizers, it may not be the best choice for a full meal.

The food is fantastic, and the staff is even better. They always make accommodations for our large group. We've been attending their tequila dinners for years, and it's always a great time! The prices are reasonable, and Alfonso's drinks are incredible! View all feedback.
What Ellie Reilly dislikes about Adobo Grill:
Small, tables close to each other, too noisy to have a conversation. Food (tacos with beef rib) good but not sure why they ruined it by putting shoestring potatoes on it. Service good. View all feedback.
I think this is the best pure Mexican food in Chicago and I have eaten a lot of Mexican food in Chicago. Tampiquena is world
Very authentic food and place. In true Hispanic style. Every thing we got was absolutely delicious. Servers was kind and worked in a team and timely manners. They had a lot of seating space so reservations on s unday afternoon were not necessary. Would recommend for a date or night out with friends.
A bit pricey for what you get but the place has a really nice atmosphere. The way it was a little pushy with the guac and ended up bring us two extra taco plates that we didn't order. He comp'd just one of them.
This is an excellent option in Chicago for fine dining authentic Mexican food. The service is always phenomenal and there are so many good options on the menu. All of the food we ordered was not and fresh with excellent presentation and culinarycreativity. Can’t wait to come back!
