Some restaurants are too noisy to have a discussion but I found Woven Bound easy to have a conversation. Also it’s 2 blocks from McCormick Convention Center.

While sympathetic they were skitt... read more Someone was smoking a cigar which triggered an asthma attack in me. I asked the staff to find the source and ask them to quit. While sympathetic they were skittish about taking action. Needless to say it ruined our experience not to mention our enjoyment of the food which is on the pricier end.

We had... read more My husband and I stayed here for 3 days last week, we loved everything!! The eucalyptus body wash and lotion were top notch! Aromatherapy at its finest! We had breakfast a late afternoon grazing fest at Woven Bound, both experiences phenomenal. One of their bartenders made a mojito so good that it reminded us of our honeymoon, nothing compared to that drink until then. It was amazing! The charcuterie board and the chips guca were exactly what the doctor ordered for afternoon grazing! The lemon blueberry pancakes were so good! I loved that they came with a tiny little syrup jar, they were so cute!

Oatmeal was fine, but was simple Quaker oats heated in a microwave. The waitress greeted me after a few minutes, which was great. Someone else brought the coffee and cream right out. The waitress didn't appear again for over 20 min, and I had just picked up the phone for a work call. I asked if she could come back in just a couple of minutes. She didn't acknowledge just walked away. For the next 45 min I worked on my computer (I wasn't in a hurry), she walked by several times and never stopped. I finally found another server and ordered my food. Would not return if staying at hotel. I would recommend the takeaway cafe over this experience.
