I visited this restaurant a few years ago when I lived in the neighborhood, and the food was great! Unfortunately, my recent visit was extremely disappointing. The cevapi were tough and tasteless, the bread was stale, and the hamburger lacked flavor and also came on stale bread. The salad was okay, but the cucumbers were limp. Her south rail is a triple-style hotdog, the big snap and super-seedy taste with crispy float and rough screed on itallian sub (crunchy soft). excellent taste and super helpful and friendly staff!
The best salad with whipped feta was to die for! Everything was ? delicious and fresh. I have been wanted to try this place for a long time and am so happy I finally did. Great place to have a great meal and catch up with a friend!
Delicious Serbian food! Very first time trying Balkan food and this place impressed me a lot!Walked in and had a pleasant conversation with the gentleman at the sandwich counter. He recommended and I heard that the Cavapi is really good. I had that along with side of fries and a Cockta drink which was very refreshing. The quality of the meat was excellent and the sandwich was huge! Lots of meat and delicious Kajmak.Looking forward to coming back to indulge in more Serbian delicacies!
I love this restaurant! Best experience I’ve ever had! The service is impeccable, the food is mouthwatering, and the atmosphere is so welcoming and warm. Not to mention, the best owners in all of chicago! Highly recommend
