Contribute Feedback What Mark Beamon doesn't like about Dunkin':
I pre-ordered 4 dozen donuts and 2 boxes of coffee the day before for a meeting I had the next day. Not only was my order not ready at the time I asked, They only gave me 3 not 4 dozen donuts. I did not realize the missing dozen until I was at mymeeting. I went back later and got my money back. That is the second time I have pre-ordered from DD and they got my orderwrong. I love this Dunkin Donuts. The employees and the manager are super nice. They all have great customer service. I always go to this location
Usually good.so.hgts il.location is run well.people polite...i usually go daily should buy some d.d. stock...ha

The morning crew rocks, but the staff working in the afternoon have no idea how to read customized coffee orders (2 sugars means 2 sugars, not half the cup to where it's undrinkable) and don't fill the cup all the way. Go to a different Dunkin if it's after11 am
Definitely the place to go if you like half cooked bacon and partially toasted bagels
