Dozeli Pizzeria - Chicago Heights

This restaurant is a favorite of my family! They offer a great variety of food and we order from here frequently. The staff is wonderful and is the main reason why we keep coming back. They are very understanding of our family's needs and are down to earth. The restaurant is always busy, which can lead to some delays, but once the food arrives, it is totally worth it. All I can say is thank you to the hardworking staff. They truly are the best and the food is incredibly amazing!

If I coud give them more stars I would, I had my pizza and wings delievered to me an hour ago everything was just how I ordered it. Customer service was great and so was the delivery driver! I 100% recommend!!

I ordered an Italian beef pizza online and noticed that it was supposed to come with paprika according to the menu. However, they tried to charge me extra for the paprika. When I pointed out the error, they argued with me for 20 minutes instead of admitting their mistake. I was very disappointed as this used to be my favorite place.

I always order pizza here and I never had problems before, but today I waited for 2 hours to get my order. And they only said “Sorry we were busy all day”.

This restaurant has been a popular choice for many locals for a long time, as many previous customers have noted. However, I am only writing this review because the management does not seem to understand the importance of good customer service. Instead of listening to and addressing customer concerns, they dismiss them and blame issues on new staff members. It is important for management to take responsibility for mistakes and work towards customer satisfaction. While I enjoy the pizza at this restaurant, I hope they make improvements to provide both excellent food and customer service.
