The staff were nice and courteous, the place was beautiful, and there was fresh self-service water. My salad was delicious, but overall I felt a little uncomfortable. The salad consisted mainly of kale with a few other ingredients, some vegetable soup, and a tiny piece of bread - lacking in sources of fat or protein. At 1,500¥, it seemed a bit overpriced.

The staff is really friendly and patient and will explain every dish in detail if you ask. Some dishes are japanese cuisine style, using local and typical japanese vegetables. These ones I liked the most!

The staff was nice and courteous, the place is nice, there are fresh self-service fresh water and my salad was delicious, but I felt honestly a bit unpleasant. Also my salad was basically a large bowl of kale with a few other things, some veggie soup and a tiny piece of bread (no other source of fats or protein, no grain, nothing). At 1,500 ¥ it seems a little too much.
